- Parish information — such as parish name, location, diocese, and related details for parish accounts

We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, and usage data necessary to operate and secure the website.
How We Use Information

Authentication and Account Security
Supabase Auth
User authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. When you sign in, Supabase manages credential verification and session handling on our behalf using industry-standard authentication practices.
Passwords
Passwords are never visible to Parish Musician Network administrators. Authentication credentials are managed securely by Supabase; we do not store plain-text passwords and cannot view your password.
Data storage
Account and profile data are stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Profile photos and other user-uploaded content are stored in protected storage associated with your account.
Hosting
Our website is hosted on Vercel, which provides infrastructure for delivering the application to users. Data transmitted between your browser and our services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) where supported.
Security
We use reasonable, industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and Session Storage
We use cookies and essential session storage only as needed for login, authentication, and core website functionality. These technologies help keep you signed in, maintain preferences during a session, and support secure operation of the site.
We do not use cookies to sell personal information.
