Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessible design for parishes, musicians, and visitors.

Our Commitment

Parish Musician Network strives to ensure that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards, recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time milestone.

We believe sacred music serves the whole People of God, and our digital presence should reflect that same spirit of welcome and inclusion.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML and meaningful page structure
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where applicable
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast aligned with our design system
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
  • Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Review new features with accessibility in mind during development

Known Limitations

Some third-party content, legacy components, or newly released features may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are actively working to identify and address accessibility barriers as the platform evolves.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback from users who encounter accessibility barriers on our website. If you have difficulty accessing any part of PMN or need assistance, please contact us:

When contacting us, please describe the page or feature involved and the assistive technology or browser you are using, if applicable. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and address reported issues.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is integrated into our design and development process. We periodically review pages, components, and user flows to improve usability for everyone. This statement will be updated as our conformance efforts progress.
